Donna Scaffidi is a budding, trilingual, transactional attorney passionate about creating and supporting sustainable, diverse talent pipelines. As a former Legal Recruiter at Ropes & Gray LLP, she has helped to decide the fate of thousands of candidates. Donna focused on recruiting summer associates and entry-level associates (3Ls and judicial clerks), and co-created and managed the firm’s first-ever Diversity & Inclusion and Recruitment Task Force. In this role, Donna advocated for increased diversity and created and supported diverse talent pipelines, including strategizing the recruitment and selection process for the first diversity scholarship as well as advocating for pipeline partnerships. She has seen what people are doing right and where they can improve.

She also successfully navigated the law school application process - gaining admission to T14 law schools and attending the University of Michigan Law School with a scholarship. She secured a 1L BigLaw Summer Associate position at White & Case LLP and a 2L Diversity Fellowship Summer Associate position at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.

Inspired to help people better navigate the law school admissions and BigLaw application processes, she created D&D Consulting Group - providing preeminent one-on-one consulting and industry expertise to those who are ready to thrive.

Averi is a 4th year student studying American Studies with a concentration in popular and visual culture. I enjoy digital design, content strategy, branding as well as creative marketing. I am hoping to pursue a career in Marketing or Public Relations after I graduate in May of 2020.

Dario Fagan is a first-year student at the University of Virginia intending to double major in Finance and Statistics. Starting his entrepreneurial journey in his sophomore year of high school, he founded and ran an eBay reselling store. He then moved onto his current venture, Intertidal LLC, an agency providing startups with agency-standard design and branding services at an accessible price point. He is currently an investment analyst at the McIntire Investment Institute, a student-run long-short equity fund seeded by Tiger Cub John Griffin, and a consulting analyst at the Virginia Consulting Group. He is also an SEO Edge Fellow completing an intensive investment banking training course. Dario hopes to enter a career in finance or consulting after graduation.

Austin is a senior at UNC Chapel Hill majoring in Economics with a minor in Sustainability Studies. He is a Honors Carolina Laureate with experience in sales, search engine optimization, and marketing.
