Prior to starting the 3-week project, your mystery employee will conduct a full interview with the owner and/or upper management to retrieve current operation status, known trends and opportunities, as well as suspicious or unknown leads.

Written report will be provided after each week, for any immediate recommendations which are affecting the business. A full analysis report will be provided and reviewed after the 3-week schedule is complete. The mystery employee will review with you all discoveries and suggest opportunities.
